A true taste of Korea! Food is amazing. Fresh and affordable! The food satisfies all the cravings and tastebuds when I want Korean food. The service makes everything so much better. The people here are great and always supportive. This is my go to place for cozy Korean food. I wish this place would get more recognition so that it can open more spots through Ottawa!

Food is pretty good, I wish they had wider menu. But whatever is on the menu is super yummy. I came here a few times and it was consistently good. Staff was super helpful and attentive

This bulgogi was absolutely amazing! The beef was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. Definitely a must-try!" The service was excellent, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending dishes.

Our go to Korean restaurant Food always tasted amazing Service - top notch Atmosphere is great Last time we were here it was a small space but recently went last night and space got bigger! Although, the price went up! That’s inflation for you! Overall, will always come back here!

This restaurant (Table SODAM) and Table 18 are basically the same restaurant but the server mentioned there are some differences. Anyway we entered via Table 18 but were immediately directed to Table SODAM. I enjoyed my bibimbop very much. hF enjoyed her bone soup (Gamjatang). Meal presented nice on wooden serving boards. The accompanying dishes "banchan" included kimchi which was superior. Great service; will definitely return.

Good serving size and variety on the menu. We were there as a group of six. The restaurant isn't setup to accommodate large groups. They were accommodating and got us settled in fairly quickly despite the space. Menu was simple but sufficient. Food was prepared fast and was delicious. Serving size was good with a good amount of size dishes. We ordered more than usual for dinner due to the larger group, including alcohol, hence the average cost per person was about 60.

We came as a family of six, including a little one, and were happy to see that a high chair was readily provided. Everyone enjoyed their lunch meals—everything we ordered tasted great and came in generous portions. What really stood out were the side dishes—they were fresh, flavorful, and complemented the main dishes beautifully. The bibimbap was also especially tasty. Even though there were only two staff members working, they were impressively quick and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The only small downside was that the galbijim was a bit on the sweeter side for our taste, but overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Table Sodam is, without a doubt, the best Korean restaurant in Ottawa. If you’re new to Korean cuisine, this is the perfect place to start—everything on the menu is bursting with authentic flavours and generous portions. I highly recommend trying their bibimbap, galbi (Korean BBQ short ribs), and fried chicken with cream-based pasta—each dish is absolutely delicious. Their banchans (small side dishes) are also fantastic and a wonderful complement to the main courses. Overall, Table Sodam delivers amazing Korean food in Ottawa, and it’s definitely a spot worth checking out!
